How is a round carabiner manufactured?

1. Select the material
We have a variety of materials, including stainless steel, aluminum, and zinc alloy. This ODM Spring Gate O Ring is made of zinc alloy. The strength of zinc alloy is relatively high. It can withstand certain load requirements during use and provide sufficient strength to prevent deformation or breakage.
2. Design and mold making
After we determine the material, we will discuss the design of the Custom Spring Gate O Ring with the customer, including color, size, whether to customize the logo, etc. After the design is completed, we will cast the mold according to the design.
3. Casting
We heat the zinc alloy to the melting point and pour the molten metal into the pre-made mold. Gravity casting and pressure-assisted casting are combined to ensure that the zinc alloy is evenly distributed.
4. Inspection
After casting, the ODM Key Ring Clip is removed from the mold and inspected for casting defects such as cracks, bubbles, or uneven surfaces. The substandard products are picked out and reworked.
5. Surface treatment
The ODM Spring Key Ring needs to be polished after casting to remove rough edges and achieve a smooth surface to ensure a comfortable feel and high-quality appearance.
6. Electroplating
Electroplating is the final processing step of ODM Key Ring Metal. We offer a variety of colors, including silver, black, gun black, rose gold, gold, and rainbow colors, and we can also customize other colors.
