Finally, Chenille Patches or embroidered patches are firmly bonded to the webbing using hot melt glue, completing the personalized product. Our Airplane Seat Belt Keyring is crafted from a nylon belt, leather, a split keyring, a patch, and an airplane buckle. The nylon belt and leather are 1.5cm x 4.9cm after being sewn together. The split keyring has an inner diameter of 2.5cm and an outer diameter of 3cm. The airplane buckle measures 3cm x 3.2cm, while the overall product dimensions are 3.2cm x 11cm, weighing 31g. According to the design requirements, the metal material is cast into the designed shape, and then it is polished after casting, and the burrs are removed and polished to ensure a smooth surface. The laser logo is on the surface. Choose a rectangular nylon belt with a width of 1.5cm and a length of 3.3cm after folding it in half. Put the nylon belt into the Seat Belt Buckle and fold it in half. Then take a piece of leather, put a Split Keyring with an inner diameter of 2.4cm into it, overlap it with the nylon belt, and sew it up, and this product is completed.
